3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability.
Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments through our secure online payment system.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
Engage in any behavior that may harm or disrupt our services.
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
 

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by TLG Wellness Solutions, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of TLG Wellness Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

 

8. Limitation of Liability
TLG Wellness Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services.
