This Liability Waiver ("Waiver") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant") and TLG Wellness Solutions ("Company"). By participating in any of our services, you agree to the terms of this Waiver.

1. Assumption of Risk
By participating in our wellness services, including but not limited to yoga sessions, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. You understand that participation may involve physical activity that could result in injury, illness, or other adverse outcomes.

 

2. Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby waive, release, and discharge TLG Wellness Solutions, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in our services.

 

3. Medical Disclaimer
You acknowledge that TLG Wellness Solutions is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice. You are responsible for consulting with a healthcare professional before participating in any of our services to ensure that they are appropriate for your health and fitness level.

 

4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TLG Wellness Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your participation in our services.

 

5. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

6. Severability
If any provision of this Waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

7. Acknowledgment
By participating in our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Waiver, and you agree to be bound by its terms.
